We had a Blackberry and were using Blackberry Professional Server version to connect to a Microsoft Exchange 2003 server. Periodically the software would just stop sending messages to the Blackberry for no known reason.



No permanent solution found yet – See workaround.



Delete user from Blackberry server and restart Blackberry server. Then recreate the user and a new activation password will be sent to the user’s Exchange mailbox. On the Blackberry device go to Enterprise Activation in Options and enter the password to sync the device again.
